Rails and posts
George finished the railings today so now he is looking forward to the palings. His tennis elbow is hurting a bit but he has this new thing called a powerball and it has this gyro ball thing inside and you start it spinning and try to beat the fastest speed - and it seems to be really helping. Good for Carpal Tunnel too apparently.
