Grass again for the boys finally

After that 14mm of rain last week the boys are happy to be grazing some grass again instead of dust.

Food time

We flew to Raglan this week again for brekky - an awesome day!!!!

Got the chance to take some photos of the property again - look how dry it is.

Made some biscotti too - chocolate and almond.... I needed slightly bigger eggs but still ok.

We found all these extra spuds in the garden!!! And a beet!

Kumeu Show

We went to the Kumeu Show today.... thankfully it was not as hot as it was there last year.

hee hee - these were the racing sheep at the end of the race....

We went with Shawn and Tracy who is about 4 weeks away (or sooner) from giving birth, we had just sat down to watch the wood chopping contest!!

Look who was allowed to scratch Coco

Coco just backed up to George today and asked for a scratch. It went to well George then got the brush and brushed him!

He's come along heaps these last two weeks.

Vegemite sandwiches for lunch

We had vegemite sandwiches for lunch today and yesterday and Garbo has taken to staring in watching us eat them - so yesterday I gave him a piece of Vogels bread with vegemite on. Well today he was there again looking at us eat our lunch - so I had to give all three a vogel bread slice with vegemite on!
