We got up relatively early (8.30am - we got a sleep in as no builders today). We arrived at Whakatane airport one hour after we took off from Parakai and Sue made us coffee and chocolate cake!
Later we went to Palmers for lunch and a browse.

for some reason i am astonished and in awe of the fact that you guys can jump in your plane and take photos of your place and go off visiting. the rest of us just get in a car and sit in traffic for half an hour just to get to the supermarket because a bus broke down and blocked one lane! lol!
