I have decided to move the boys off the track and off the middle paddock (which they have not been in since July 11), and into the House Paddock and make it a sacrifice paddock. Even though it's really wet the mud isn't as soft and it's going to be all dug up soon anyway so may as well make it all muddy.
I will give them hay if they run out of grass in there, and wait for the track and middle paddock to dry out properly so it stays nice and the grass is preserved.
