Vicki had been down to our local bakery.. its called "Flutey's the Bread Builder" or something like that.. he makes FANTASTIC bread.. .. we had that sitting in the cupboard when Jools turned up and kindly gave us some of her fresh free range eggs off her farm... Very nice of her.
I took one look at them and knew straight away what was for lunch. Jean (SIS) always makes this and we get the opportunity far too seldom but this chance wasn't going to go by.
Yummy !! Mashed egg sammies !! Yolk still runny, salt and pepper.. simple but unbeatable (No Pun intended)
I'd pretty much scoffed the lot before getting to the photo taking so you don't see it at its best but it was an awesome lunch.
Wonder what we'll have tomorrow?
