Unconditional

Well our house now has an unconditional contract on it - only took 6 weeks thanks to Mary from Bayleys. Yay.

The next two photos show the drive up the road from State Highway 16. That's George purveying the weeds.

The weeds have gone mad - you can see the house we made on offer on, on the right - and the green is the neighbouring farm growing maize - other neighbours are a dairy farm - that's it!


The farmer that lives on the same road subdivided off four parcels of land - so there is only 6 properties including the original farm, on the road.

Settlement is February 15 2008.
