Well it's certainly spring!
Not alot of rain in the last 3 weeks, the odd shower and a big thunder storm today that missed our place... the grass is growing, and the ground is drying out but not too hard.
Everything everywhere is looking very green. It's been nice having the boys covers off, and their mud fever is clearing up too.
Tim is due to come and apply seaweed fertiliser any day now (as soon as it stops blowing). I am not complaining about the wind -it's great for drying things out. We have also caught up with the water tank so it's not over-flowing into the paddock.
Got the PIM from the council today. (Project Information Memorandum). That basically just means we have a Building consent number.

Hey Vicki You must be starting to excited now, You have a PIM.
Your block looks spectacular and I am very much the colour of the grass, I would love a blank canvas to start a garden but just 1 acre .
Will look really forward to paying you a visit when the house is built. It has been too long between drinks(visits)
I keep threatening to start a blog , I should just bite the bullet and do it as I get heaps of enjoyment from reading them. see ya
Hi Jean
Yes, you most certainly should start a blog - it's easy honest.
It's great having some sunshine and warmer temps, and really pleased with the way things are looking.
Really look forward to having you guys come and stay next year when house is finished!!
Vicki
